For the first time, Julim invites you to receive a tattoo while immersed in a sound healing session, surrounded by nature. This offering is part of her artist residency at Har en Mar and brings to life a vision she has nurtured for the past years: tattooing supported by sound frequencies, in natural landscapes.
Julim is a multidisciplinary artist with two decades of creative exploration. For the past 11 years, her focus has been tattooing — specialising in analog distortion on human bodies. Her work has been exhibited internationally and shaped through residencies, panels, and community-based projects. In 2024, she expanded her practice to include sound and frequency, becoming a certified sound therapist and gong facilitator.
Now, her path brings all elements together—tattoos, sound, and nature—in a ritual-like setting where presence is the core of the experience.

LUCIA is a senior London based yoga teacher with 5+ years experience and over 900H accumulated of YTT. Her lineage is Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala vinyasa and Yin, as well as Tantra and Shamanism. Learned from direct students of Krishnamacharya, K. Pattabhi Jois, Paul and Suzie Grilley, and Larry Shultz ( such as BNS Iyengar, Ajay Kumar, Jamie and Dulce, Baba David Kyle and many others ), forever grateful and humbled to receive and pass on the teachings. Having personally experienced the power of the practice as means of transforming oneself and one’s life, she is passionate and devoted full time to facilitating and supporting others on their own personal journeys.

We will take off our old suits to sew new ones.
We will practice Pilates every day. Strength exercises, cardio exercises.
We will do myofascial stretching to explore our deepest tissues.
We will meditate in movement and to the rhythm of the Gong.
We will feed ourselves with food that nourishes us.
We will cleanse our guts with detoxifying juices. The sauna will make us sweat.
There will be free time to write in your journal, to read, to see the trees and mountains, to feel the sand.
We will observe ourselves.
Oh, and there will be water. Sweet water. Salt water. The sea will rinse our skin so that the wind later dries it up, taking away everything we no longer need.

Payment is possible in up to 4 instalments. We kindly ask for an upfront payment of 350€ to secure your spot. The remaining cost should be paid before arriving at the retreat.
MARÍA ROSA is a certified Pilates teacher. Building upon a foundation of classic Pilates and a focus on alignment, in her classes she also involves contemporary aspects from different disciplines, which translate into a practice of movement research, maintaining a focus on body and mind awareness. Coming from a background in acting, alongside she has been practising contemporary dance, Ashtanga yoga, Barre and resistance training.
